In this module, we work with the individual to determine most appropriate housing options taking into consideration family situation, parole/probation requirements, proximity to family, services and employment, and sensitivity to environmental risk factors.

We work collaboratively with the family, the Maricopa County Adult Probation Department and the Community Supervision arm of the Arizona Department of Corrections Reentry and Rehabilitation.

Additionally, we work with Federal Probation for those with Federal supervision requirements. We collaborate with numerous community service providers to ensure that the most suitable housing situation is achieved.
