In this module, we discuss career options, possible employment options upon release, training opportunities within the prison, current skill sets, aspirations and sense of purpose.

We also work to ensure that upon release, the individual has all necessary documentation for I9 verification including state ID, Social Security Card and birth certificate. Whenever possible we have a job lined up for the individual before release. Our objective for job placement is 100% of those in the program.
